RULES

Thunder Valley Motopark is a member-supported, extreme-sports park.  
Our goal is to provide members high-quality dirt tracks that are well
groomed and safe for them to practice their sport.
 In order to maintain a
quality environment (that riders and their families want to support) we
require members and their guests to follow the rules outlined below.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a loss
of riding privileges.  
The owner reserves the right to revoke
a rider’s membership for repeat offenses.
 There will be no
refunds for lost riding privileges when a member breaks the
rules.
 


EVERYONE ENTERING THUNDER VALLEY MUST SIGN A
RELEASE!!

We suggest you walk the track before practice. we do not give
refunds after you have ridden the track.
there will be "no" switching tracks after you have starting riding
on first track because you dont like the track (unless you want
to pay the $10 for another track.). each track is $10 to ride one
day.

Only members are allowed to ride in the park, or on the
track.
DO NOT begin riding until you and everyone in your riding
group has signed waiver,and paid to ride.

No pit racing or tearing up the grass area.

No fighting,profanity, alcoholic beverages or drugs are
allowed inside of Thunder Valley Motopark.

No cutting the track
The only exception is if there is an emergency.
This  includes
ALL 3 tracks. Please stay out of the
grass! We DO NOT allow cutting the track to
practice, you are expected to ride the entire track,
please make a complete lap to practice a section of
the track. Failure to do so could cause accidents
and tears up grassy sections.

NO RIDING UP AND DOWN THE ROAD FROM ONE
TRACK TO ANOTHER.
LOAD YOUR BIKES AND
HAUL THEM
IF YOU PAID FOR BOTH TRACKS

No riding without helmet (must be securely strapped to
head) (this includes
parents testing their childrens bikes or
going to the track to watch on motorcycle), and proper
protective gear (boots, gloves, goggles).

No firearms and fireworks allowed on premises.

Dispose of waste and garbage properly.  Trash containers
are located throughout the park. Old oil, gas and antifreeze
should be collected in a container and taken away with you.  
Do not pour these toxic liquids onto the ground or place in
trash containers.

Parents are responsible for watching out for their children
riding, or playing while at Thunder Valley.

When riding with younger, or less experienced riders please
stay alert and watch out for them.  No dangerous or overly
aggressive riding when passing these riders.
